Q: I'm 31 weeks pregnant. My ex boyfriend JJ and I had sex in October.

My last period was November 15 a website told me my baby was concived November 29th. My ex wants a DNA test but I have no doubt in my mind that he isent the father, because me and my ex Dexter had sex a little bit after Christmas and we didnt do it for that long because I didnt feel comfortable so he stopped. By the way I was a month pregnant in December. My ex JJ never wire a confom and we had sex alot. Can somebody help me I keep praying that the DNA will prove he is the father but wanted somebody I didnt know to help me with this.

Thank you so much that helped I wanted to mention something but I don't wanna be judged around November 29 the day it said my baby was conceived I got tipsy and I had a three some with two of my closet friends. They wore a condom though and my best friend knows when he cums he never came in me before we had a talk about this and he said they both wore condoms. But then again I did something stupid and went to sleep at our friends Malcolm's house I had sex with him to big mistake now i'm just worried and feel like crying because I never wanted to be in this place ever and really want JJ to be the father.

If you had sex with Dexter in mid November, and broke up before Thanksgiving.... Dexter is most likely the father.

If you had sex with JJ in October... he is not the father, unless you are actually 35 weeks pregnant (unlikely)

She doesnt actually know she had her period on Nov 16. Using her Due Date her doctor gave her from measurements, she same up with her LMP using the internet. She actually has no idea when her last period was, it's all based off the size of her baby that her dr. gave her that due date/LMP. So all any of us can guess is she was fertile all during November and December. That's all anyone can speculate, gestational dating can be off by weeks sometimes.

Your right thank you very much I just don't wanna look stupid when the results do come out i'm just nervous and he already is getting a dna test I just hope JJ is the father to put this stress away.

If you are going to sleep with more than one person around the same time the only way will be a paternity test. Trying to guess dates isn't going to help the situation.

and the whole "conceived on the 29th thing" that you are worried about...you could have had sex up to 5 days BEFORE November 29th and if the sperm was present when you ovulated you could have conceived up to 5 days AFTER you had sex. You don't have to have sex on the day you ovulate to get pregnant. So if you slept with those 2 guys or Malcom anytime within a week of the 29th of November including the 27th and 28th, you could have gotten pregnant. So, stop focusing on that one date. Sperm lives much longer than the egg does.

even if you did wipe it up, sperm are microscopic. its impossible to wipe it all away once its there. i hope you get your situation figured out, best of luck.

I conceived at the end of October and I am 36 weeks, so you being 31 weeks you wouldn't have gotten pregnant in October.

I have a app on my phone its a pregnancy app it tells me what week i'm at. When I first found out I was pregnant my doctor told me he was counting from November not my period because I didn't know when my last period was. A few days ago I looked it up thats when it said I had my last period November 15. JJ left sometime in November but I don't know when the last time we had sex and I know he doesn't remember either. We always had sex and he never used a condom he will tell me when he came he would tell me to wipe it off me but I don't if I wiped it all up.

You conceived your baby by having sex sometime between Nov. 24 and Dec 6. Who ever you had sex with during that period... is the father.

It only suggested your OVULATION took place on the 29th... but it could have varied by many days, and then you would have been FERTILE for days before that, or days after.
