Thank you! You too! I forgot to mention I had a previous miscarriage too and it's perfectly natural to worry. I even fell over in the snow we had back in late January. X

I worried about my over exuberant almost fully grown Labrador puppy pulling me when I was first pregnant, I'm now 22+4 and everything is going well. He had the snip when I was about 13 weeks and that has certainly stopped his urge to pull thankfully.
I'm guessing by your username you live in the Cotswolds? I live not far away in Tewkesbury :) good luck for the rest of your pregnancy, just take it easy whenever you need to :)

Every pregnancy is different, some are super normal and healthy and others are high risk. If your pregnancy is normal and everything is measuring well and there was no reason for your miscarriage then I'd say you are good to go. Don't stress but don't take up gymnastics and you'll be fine lol. Congrats and enjoy this pregnancy, baby will be here before you know it!

The baby is SUPER well protected at that point. He/She is cushioned and safe below your pubic bone. There really isn't an outside force that could disrupt the embryo at this point. That doesn't mean you shouldn't take it easy - but I wouldn't worry about lifting or pulling at this point.
