Q: I need to know if I should be worried or if this is normal.

Well, I have had a few ultrasounds so far, and all of them are measuring much smaller than they should be. The first one was on November 24th and I was measuring 5 weeks 4 days at that point. Then I had another one on December 11th and I was measuring at 6 weeks 6 days. However going by my LMP I should be 10 weeks 1 day as of today, December 19th, 2014. I think my baby may just be growing slowly at this point because I am measuring more than 2 weeks less than I should be. And I know I didn't ovulate THAT late. I ovulated on the 30th, so going by that date I should be due July 23rd, making me 9 weeks 1 day. Should I be worried about this, or is it actually possible that my baby is just growing at a slower rate? Could my due date actually be July 16th or 23rd? All of this is so confusing to me...

This might sound really stupid and I have no medical knowledge to back this up, but maybe your baby is a midget or a dwarf:) It's possible that it's a much more serious medical issue so I don't mean to make light of it. I'm curious if your doctor has said anything? It sounds like a pretty big deal. Then again, depending on the age of the ultrasound equipment or the experience or lack thereof of the ultrasound technician, it could be an error on their part. Just some ideas, good luck with everything;)
