Q: Baby Day Care

What is the going rate for a baby to be watched? I'm thinking like 3 days a week at someone's home. The baby would probably be 8 weeks. Someone offered to watch the baby for us but I have idea what to offer them.

I have a 3 year old in a "in home" daycare, and am 16 weeks with our second. The lady we use charges $100 a week for each child, no matter the age. I figured out that I love having him in a home setting as its much cleaner than a daycare, and he gets tons more attention also! There are only 6 kids there. But I think its more of a personal choice on what they charge or what you pay. He is there 5 days a week from 7-5 while hubby and I work, and our daughter will be there also when she is born! I feel like its more personal when they are in someones home, and you feel comfortable with that person! Hope you find what you are looking for! =)
