I'm now 12 weeks tomorrow and still haven't had morning sickness once! This is my first pregnancy and i don't feel or look pregnant at all. I get dizzy every now and then. But at 8 weeks i had some cramping, that's all. Now i just get headaches.

I am at 8 weeks today and so far most days I don't feel like I am pregnant at all. Only sore boobs. Other days its just bloating, slight nausea after meals, thirsty... same as I probably would get if I ate too much. I think we should be thanking the heavens that we aren't bent over a toilet every day. :)

Your getting more symtoms than i had!
Up untill 15 weeks or so i had mood swings and sickness!
They say the poorer you are, the better health of the baby..
:) Good luck with your pregnancy babe!

This is my 3rd baby, i am 11 1/2 weeks now and this one is so much different than my first two!!!! The first two I wouldnt even know i was pregnant. This time around, at 8 weeks i had crazy mood swings, tired all the time, and ive had a backache in my lower back literally since the second i became pregnant. everyone is different, so dont think because you dont feel anything its bad. you heard a heartbeat so that lessens the chance of miscarriage. but just listen to your body. if something doesnt seem right, call your dr or go to the ER. i cant tell you how many times i called my dr the first pregnancy. its better to be safe! but if your not having extreme pain or bleeding or anything i think everything will be ok! enjoy your pregnancy, try not to stress because thats not good for the baby, and congrats!

Congratulations!

This is my first baby too, after 1 early miscarriage at 4 1/2 weeks, and I feel like I was hyper sensitive to all of my symptoms (or lack there of!) My symptoms also came and went in the first trimester..Sometimes I really felt pregnant with full on nausea and vomiting, feelings of bloated-ness, boob sensitivity, crazy dreams and fatigue. And other days, I did not feel pregnant at all-had no sign of nausea, no food aversions, no boob pain. It was very strange, but I'm currently 15 weeks and baby is doing great.

I would try as hard as possible to not worry-its not good for you or baby , believe me I know this is easier said then done! You're not alone! Good luck!

During the first trimester my symptoms came and went. One day I felt "pregnant" ie nausea, fatigue, sore bbs, then the next day felt fine. Of course I was fearful something was wrong when the symptoms seemed to disappear. It is normal for the symptoms to come and go and now I'm headed into week 18.

Congrats on your pregnancy and try not to worry too much (I know easier said than done)

This is my first baby too so those early weeks were a nightmare !
At 8 weeks i remember horrendous nausea and vomitting/ fatigue/ brown spotting/ cramps/painful boobs ...i also had a bad cold and cough ! nightmare...but there were days when i felt better than others. Everyone is affected differently, just dont stress.
