My doctor told me that's great exercise. She said it's also great because it takes the weight off. Go for it. I can't wait for the weather to warm up so I can get in our pool!!

Go for it, its really great. The water takes the extra weight off your joints and its pretty relaxing too. Some pools even have in pool exercise classes available for pregnant women, totally check out what your local pool has available. I even took my son starting at 8 weeks old just to hang out at the nursery swim at our local pool, though they have a small, warmer pool for them. swimming is very good for you anytime, including pregnant, go and have fun :)

swimming feels amazing when you are pregnant, your belly kind of floats and takes alot of pressure off your back and hips.
