Q: perinatologist?

Went to the dr today due to some bleeding. When he checked me I wasnt bleeding, but decided he would check to see if I was leaking fluid then get an u/s to see how thick my cervix was. Well we found fluid leakage, but I lucked out and it wasnt amniotic. Well he told me before I went to the u/s that we want the cervix to be at a 4, on the lowest end 3.25. Well I get the u/s done and the tech wont tell me anything other than"I need my dr to check this". She comes back 5 minutes later and says" my dr looked at the slides and called your dr. Your dr said you were ok to go for now". Well that had me worried. Luckily my daughter had an appointment an hr later so he told me where I was sitting. My cervix is at a 2.3 which has him a bit worried. Ive been having alot of complications including contractions this pregnancy. So he decided that he was going to make it a priority to get me a perinatologist visit as soon as possible. Only wks and worried I wont make it t
