Thanks momaof2soon3 it does help my daughter is potty trained so that will help alot. I think it is smart to buy early and make sure all kids and benifit from it, this one is a boy so it make it a little harder but when the summer cloths goes on sell I wil be buy for next summer, he will be 6 mths by then so i will get 6to 9 mnths , and going to do the same for my daughter!

Some of toddler toys were not age appropriate any further..so I just placed them in a wicker basket in the nursery..still easy access to tod..but I'm hoping that the physical placement shows her that this a toy for sharing. We work a lot with with a fake baby..things like if my tod drops baby and gives it a boo boo..she needs to say sorry and give lots of kisses. I change the diaper of fake baby, put fake baby up to my breast. The nursing is my biggest worry due to the closeness that it requires. My toddler love sitting on my lap and laying as close as possible to my chest..this gives me anxiety now because I dont want her to feel pushed off. So when I'm holding fake baby there..my tod sees that that is not a good time for snuggles. but to come sit next to me instead. Work in progress still! :) Thats all I got, not sure if it was what you asked for..but its the main organizing I have done my whole pregnancy. Good Luck!

double/triple stroller, suggested jogging stroller because you can take it everywhere without it going out of whack. CRAIGSLIST. :) I put out all of the infants toys and random things early..so that my tod could explore them early on..get use to them there and not make a big fuss over them when baby comes. (We will see if that prep ahead worked). I mostly focused on mental emotional organization this whole pregnancy. Doing things that I thought would benefit 6yr/toddler and infant. Like buying a training potty ahead so that the idea of potty time soon will be easier..maybe. I have her sit on it every time I go potty..she still just thinks its fun..doesnt care to use it yet..but at least it wont be a big shocker when I take the diapers away and she now has to rely on this thing in the bathroom. :) Also, anything that maybe my toddler had that was originally there for her to use while being an infant..I have fazed out slowly. Bottle usage. So big sis doesnt try to take newbies.
