that member was just trying to offer her honest opinion not insult you. to be honest your question wasnt very clear on your treatment i dont think you need to get rude. if you dont like the answers you get on here you shouldnt ask questions. One way or another you are going to gain weight. obviously your choices in food will determine how much you gain. as well as if you excercise or not.

If you have been treated for an eating disorder in the past, you may want to consider resuming meeting with a counselor. Even though you say you are over it, being pregnant could bring up some of the issues you dealt with in the past. Obviously you know that you will gain weight being pregnant, but working with a professional can help you handle your anxiety about it. Best of luck to you:-)

Maybe you should stop weighing yourself. Your pregnant and your going to gain weight and if seeing the scale scares you then stop weighing yourself. Being pregnant is the time to put your baby first and yourself second. You can worry about your body after bub is born.

I read your question and thought "oh wow this poor lady is so stressed and worried and needs help" then I read your response to the first reply you get here and i think " wow this poor lady is such a rude cow she cant even appreciate someone being so kind and offering advice" my advice to you now is WAKE THE HELL UP!!! you are having a baby, you are going to gain weight, you really sound like you need to eat a hamburger and enjoy life a little! Are you going to be so hard on your child when they gain weight?? As thats what your doing now, your being hard on your unborn child for growing!! How about you seek help as you clearly are not over your eating disorder, and then just maybe you can start to really appreciate and enjoy the blessing growing inside you! There are woman trying for years and years to fall pregnant and have children and here you are complaining over 3 pounds when you are only gaining weight as the result of an amazing blessing!!!!

You're pregnant... your going to gain weight... "i feel like I keep gaining weight"..... uh YEAH... you have a baby inside of you, that is continuously putting on weight, as is your placenta, your blood volume is doubling, and your increasing amniotic fluid. So who exactly are you saying "DUH" to?

Am I lost? Forgive me if I have misunderstood your question, or any of your belligerent responses to these nice ladies trying to help you.... I just don't think YOU are in the position to be saying "DUH" to anyone.

Question: Soo here's the deal, I'M SCARED TO EAT! *(well that doesn't sound like a normal or healthy mentality)*

I had a disorder for about 2 years and I've been over it for quite awhiles now. *(Over it really? You don't say....)*

I gained 3lbs and now weigh 130. *(Oh God Forbid, 3 pounds?)*

Anyways I eat healthy and all but I feel like I keep gaining weight *(Really... how weird... pregnant and gaining weight? That's so unheard of)*

and it's sort of scaring me.. *(Scared... to gain weight while pregnant?.... and you are the one attacking people that are suggesting you might need help from a counselor to get through this....)*

What can I do to stop the worrying?! *(Seek psychological help... or go eat a damn hamburger and get over it)*

Wow, I'm truly amazed by how rude your response was to my initial post. I was honestly just trying to help, remember you asked for HELP. You said you were SCARED TO EAT...which isn't normal and maybe you aren't as "over it" as you think you are and it sounds like your "issues" are already back. It sounds like you are in denial and might have a lot of growing up to do. I hope you can gain some maturity and perspective. There is nothing wrong with seeking professional help and maybe if you had done so previously you might not be so defensive and hostile to those trying to help you now. Good luck!
