Q: staying awake at work!

I am only 6 1/2 weeks pregnant and this week I am having the hardest time keeping my eyes open and I keep yawning which makes my eyes to watery..

Any tips to help me stay awake? I cant take naps at work. :(

I had the same problem. I found getting up and stretching regularly if you're sitting down really helps, at least once or twice an hour. Like yellowbunny says, go outside as often as possible; take a short walk on your break if you can. You will still feel exhausted (nothing you can do about that) but at least you'll make it through the day. If you take transit or get a drive to work, you can grab a quick catnap on the way to and from work which could also help. Good luck!

I had the same problem until twelve weeks! Its a horrible feeling i know :-( best thing i could do what buy a pack of barkey sugar lollies and ate them all day the sugar gave me energy and the carley kept the sickness away. Go outside and get fresh air every hour! Goodluck! X x t
