I have the same issue I can feel like I am so hungry and then make myself something to eat and sit down to eat and I only eat very little. But in doing this I feel like I am always hungry. Its like the foods looks so appealing and good but then I sit to eat and I don't want it anymore...lol. The fun time of being pregnant. :)

I don't have ms or anything, but I've noticed I'll be starving and think I'm going to eat a ton of food, but then only eat a little bit before I'm full.

My ob told me early on that it's better to eat many small meals throughout the day instead of 3 large ones. That worked very well for me and I had no ms at all my first trimester. You don't have to eat more now that you're pg, I read it's something like only 100 more calories per day.

The same thing happens to me. I'm starving so I make food to eat and then I don't really want to eat it. I have to force it down. it's not that I feel nauseous or anything like that

Maybe you should bring some saltines too, and maybe some cheese?
