It really depends on your fitness level pre-baby. There is a personal trainer at the gym I work at that was squatting heavy weights during her pregnancy, but she was used to that!
You should let your doctor know of your pre-baby exercise routine, and intensities. They typically all give the same guidelines when they don't know.
I plan on continuing my weight training with caution.
With Cardio you want to keep your heart rate in mind. If you can't talk during a routine, you're probably working too hard. You can do it when you're not pregnant, but while you're growing a baby, you really need to worry more about it's safety than your exercise.

Swimming and aqua jogging are popular choices during pregnancy, also they are really good for your body but low impact on your joints. Swimming has been a life saver for me as I have had cramping and really sore hips, and it really seems to relieve it

I saw my doctor yesterday and she recommended pregnancy yoga. I have a very bad back whiole not pregnant so right now its terrible. She said yoga will help a lot with the back and it will also help when you are in labor.
