i had really bad morning sickness at work too.i was/still am working at walmart and we were in the middle of being really busy with the holiday season so i didnt have time to run to the bathroom to thrown up and pee a bunch of times.so i knew i had to tell them so they could make adjustments for me.
they were very supportive and still are.i told them when i was almost 8 weeks.had to explain them(my bosses) that i was at the time having a high risk pregnancy and on pelvic rest also.they were very understanding.and now here i am no longer high risk an din my almost 13th week.

I always defeated morning sickness with mint Tic Tacs. They are easy to carry around and makes the nausea dissapear for some time. You need to figure out how much you need to take tho, for me sometimes i had to take 2,3 at once but it really helped!!!

I agree with the gingerale and tea statement above. If you try the ginger route, I suggest trying them at home first. I tried them while spending 10days sailing middle of the Atlantic. As sick as I was, I swear the ginger made it so much worse when I took it (only once)...because it was so strong and powerful it turned my stomache. I would so hate to pop one of those in my mouth in the office without having tried it at home first!!!!
Also, try bathroom breaks at the times coworkers bring out their coffee. Might be enough to get you out right when the smell is strongest!!

Drink ginger or peppermint tea. They were a lifesaver for me when I didn't want to tell anyone! Also peppermint mints (as long as they have real peppermint) and crystallized ginger or ginger ale. For me, just smelling the peppermint was enough to get any other bad smell out of my nose! Hope that helps!
