Q: Almond milk or Regular milk?

Hey ladies. I have always drank Almond Milk (unsweetened). I was wondering what kind of milk are you drinking to get your calcium? Regular milk (2%) has more protein than Almond. I know we need protein. 2% has 8g of protein and almond milk has only 1g. What are you thoughts on this?

I'm an Almond Milk girl too!! My cousin (a dr. who also just had a baby herself in May!) told me to eat 2 Tums (she recommends berry flavor, lol) a day and that helps supplement to give you your recommended calcium intake during pregnancy. They're pretty tasty and they also help w/that heartburn that's creeping up on me more by the day! Hope that helps!

I LOVE Almond milk...I drink that. (If I can't get that at work or somewhere - I drink whole milk) Paired with regular cheese, ice cream and yogurt and my Prenat vitamin - I think it's fine. I never looked at the nutritional information - but now I will. HAHA Luck and Prayers.
