I had a few days of complete depression. I was so sad all the time, i didnt even want my hubby going to work. What helped me was being around positive friends/family to take your mind off of whatever negitive thoughts that may be running through your head.

It is very normal...just those pregnancy hormones. I've had days where I'm totally depressed/crying for no good reason and days where I'm raging angry for no good reason. Don't worry unless the depression doesn't lift.

I had the same thing happen to me. It eventually gets better as the pregnancy progresses (or maybe I'm just used to it and don't notice lol) but I used to go into tears over the stupidest things and get over-whelmed by esentially nothing and end up screaming my head off (my partner attributes it to the hormones of having a boy vs a girl... but i dont think it would have mattered). It's normal, and, like most pregnancy symptoms "this too shall pass"
