BUT my question is...
What if you work somewhere where there are less than 50 employees? Are there any laws protecting me in my job security or am I going to have to find a new job after the baby is born? I have a good job with benefits and I really dont want to loose it but I also dont want to have to go back to work a week after he is born.

I know that a company which has 50 or more employees has to give u up to 3 months off work (unpaid or paid depending on their policy) and you can still return to your job after your leave.BUT my question is...
