Bottom line is I dont want to gain too much weight and I was hoping to be able to use the elliptical to prevent TOO much weight gain. Working out helps me make better food choices too because i work hard to keep my body right and i wont go for that bag of chips. Im not looking to loose but I dont think i should be gaining so much so soon.
So, is it safe to work out on the elliptical or is it too much bouncing around?

Q: Elliptical
Is the elliptical safe for pregnant women? I have one at home and lost 40 pounds on it last year. I unfortunately had a miscarriage in july and fell very ill afterwords because it took such a toll on my body so I just stopped working out in july. The weight just kinda stayed off no matter what I have been eating. Now that I am pregant I feel bloated and already gained about 5 pounds and im only 7 weeks. I just cant stop eating because im either nauseous or have the munchies.Bottom line is I dont want to gain too much weight and I was hoping to be able to use the elliptical to prevent TOO much weight gain.
