Q: Exercise during 1st Trimester- P90X w/ DH

I wanted to get some input on working out during pregnancy. I am 6w1d and DH and SIL started P90X two days ago. I have been doing it with them, mainly the stretching. On any running/jumping/abs workout I always modifiy so it is low/no impact. I am, also very nervous about miscarriage.

I guess what I am asking is, has anyone started an exercise routine during their pregnancy?

I'm NOT intentionally losing weight, just trying to get fit and tone up before labor!

I jogged well into my 2nd trimester, except for the days that morning sickness took over. My doc gave me the ok until I started to lose weight in my 2nd trimester. Now I just do yoga one day, rest one day and do prenatal belly dancing another day.
