The only thing that i could eat were breakfast bars and tinned fruit. Feel better soon. I know how you are feeling. I was hospitalised and had a drip put in as i couldn't even keep water down. They prescribed me tablets. If you get dehydrated you must see your doc. They will do a urine test and if you are dehydrated they will usually put you on a drip. My sickness magically went at 14 weeks. Hope you feel better soon, its so horrible x

I ate saltines and sipped on ginger ale through out my pregnancy. It got so bad my doctor prescribed me with a medication that wouldn't and didn't harm my baby that helped it go away when needed.

Easily digestible foods-white breads/crackers, soups, juices, smoothies, yogurt, eggs, chicken. Water with lemon is great. I bought gin-gins which are ginger candies from Amazon and they were great the few times I didn't feel so hot. Eat frequently in small amounts all day (sickness comes typically from your blood sugar being low or dropping so not eating tends to make it worse). Eat before you get out of bed (a handful of crackers is perfect) and don't fret over nutrition too much-do the best you can but your baby is tiny and his needs are very, very small right now. Also, you need TONS of water. Try for 3 L a day (3 nalgenes or so). Being dehydrated will make it so much worse.

They sell these mashed Patato raviolies at the grocery store in the freezer section. They are good .fill you up and are just bland enough not to hurt your stomach but still have taste .I lived off of them.

Crackers, saltines, pretzels, ginger snaps, peppermint tea, ginger ale, dry toast, water with lemon. With my first, I had hyperemis & lost 30 lbs. Just eat what you can tolerate & hold down. I lived on mashed potatoes & grits for the first trimester and was able to eat a healthier diet once it started to ease up at 20 weeks. The key is to not let your stomach get empty.
