Q: Is it worth it to spend $$$ on a stroller?

Hello ladies!

I'm torn between getting the Britax B-Ready stroller and just grabbing a $100 one at Walmart. Is it worth it to get a nicer stroller?

Thanks ladies!

I think I probably will go with a nicer stroller. We do plan to have a second kid down the road but from what I'd read the second seat (or a second car seat) juts out in the back and is quite uncomfortable to push without knocking your shins into it.

I may just go with a single that also has a reversible seat and can convert into a bassinet. I just need one that can fit into my car. The B-ready is so large and heavy I'm not sure if it will fit in my Pontiac's small trunk...

Kelliers do you have a small trunk? does the b-ready fit inside?

I'm definitely going to get a car seat adapter or at least find a stroller compatible with our seat.

There are so many choices it is quite overwhelming but for now I have my eye on the Mia Moda Atmosferra..could change by tomorrow! I was really tempted by the Amazon sale but it's gone now! Didn't have the cash on hand at the time.

Yes also right now on Amazon the infant seat comes free if you buy the stroller. If you have a different brand it will still work with the B-Ready but you need the adapter.

Whatever you decide, make sure it is compatible with the car seat! That is a lifesaver when they are newborns!

We have the B-Ready and we are so excited to use it. It is really, really a nice stroller and it works so nicely with the infant carrier and then as a regular stroller. It will last you through multiple kids AND you can for like $150 more dollars convert it to a double in-line stroller with a second seat that is easy to install, no need for a second stroller or having to buy a double stroller later down the road. Ultimately it's your call but I think some of the heavy use items are worth the investment.
