Q: Orgasms while sleeping???

So I tried to take a nap today and woke up freaking out! I had just had a very extreme orgasm in my sleep!!! Has anyone else experienced this? It's a little funny but wow! Also may some dumb but are orgasms ok for baby? I know they make you contract so are the safe?

I read that orgasms are good for baby as when they make the uterus contract, it is good birth practice for baby and then with labour contractions, baby is less distressed because they are used to it :)

I'm so glad someone posted this. It happened to me while i was napping. What I was dreaming of wasn't even sexual in nature. It did freak me out and I was afraid it was abnormal and harmful to baby. It has never, ever happened to me before. Thank you for posting!

I had that happen a few times with my first pregnancy, not yet with this one though! Orgasms are perfectly safe (so is sex) while you're pregnant unless your doctor has put you on pelvic rest. Either way though, there isn't much you can do about it while you're sleeping/dreaming!

Happens to me all the time with this pregnancy! Never happened with my first one. I used to wake up blushing and afraid my hubby would realize what was going on, but now I am more used to them :)
