Q: Been having really bad "braxton hicks" the past week or two AND heartburn like feeling at

Is this a sign I'm going to have an early delivery? Should I take it really easy? Because it happens mostly when I've worked really hard that day, stressed out, or have ignored going pee... I am a stay at home mom with a 2 year old. And I remember this feeling the week before I went into labor with my son. So I'm really scared. I do have a doctors appointment today, but they just keep telling me not to worry and won't check anything out except her heartbeat. =/

I am surprised they didn't check your cervix at all. I went to my appt and brought up how my round ligament pain gets worse during my braxton hicks and my doc check my cervix rightaway, and really all I wanted to know was how many extra strength Tylenol I can take. Anyways I think you should totally take it easy, drink lots of water and lay down on left when you have painful BHC. Try not to turn to fast when you are walking. How can you ignore going to pee? I'd pee myself lol hope that helps and good luck you're almost there.
