Q: Any mommas out there who are still working out into their 3rd trimesters?
I start my 3rd trimester tomorrow (I'll be 28 weeks) and I am wondering if it got a bit harder or a lot harder to keep working out? I started out a 187 and now I am 171 and can't afford to gain any weight (bodyfat) as I am only 5'1".This question was asked Jun. 24, 2014 3:03pm
