You still need extra calories and especially fluids at this point, I was starving the first few weeks I was pregnant. Your body has to create the amniotic fluid and parts of another human being, so there are definitely some changing nutritional needs, even immediately. Our bodies are amazing and have a wonderful way of letting us know what we need through signals such as hunger, thirst and cravings. Make the calories count though, don't fill up on junk!

Pretty much but everyone is different, your body is going through some intense changes. You don't need the extra calories so I know its tuff but try to make smart food choices and food that will keep you fuller for longer. There are lists and recipes on Google that are great. Also drink plenty as all too often our brain mistakes the thirst signal for hunger.
