I had it with my daughter. I had to be put on a special diet through a nutrition center and test my blood sugar four times a day. I had to go to the nutrition center once a month for testing. I was able to control it with diet, but there are times you have to go on insulin for it. I felt kinda sick when my blood sugar would get out of wack but that was the worst part of it besides not being able to have cookies and shakes! It depends on the severity of the diabetes. Good Luck Hon.

I dont have it but my sister in law did...Its pretty serious but with the right doctors you will be fine. I remember it was really hard on her bc she was not well once she found out and she did go into labor about a month early but the baby just spent a week or so in the neonatal unit and was released and is now a very healthy toddler. I think it was mostly uncomfortable for her and it was a little scary bc he was born so premature. Im sure everything will be fine. This is a pretty common thing. Best of luck to u :)
