I didn't 'feel' pregnant until she started kicking me. :-)

I had a few solid symptoms and didn't feel pregnant, I'm 20 weeks and is only just starting to feel 'real'.
With my son we bought so much at the 12 week mark and I felt pregnant from the start but this little one has one baby grow and that's it.
It will probably creep up on you but it's nothing to worry about.

After I lost my twins in 2011, I was a nervous wreck with my son's pregnancy in 2012. I bought a doppler to ease my mind and I could check his HB whenever I needed reassurance. I didn't have very many of the traditional symptoms with him or my daughter. It started to feel "real" once I got my bump.

Yeah, I'm thinking that's pretty normal. I'm 18 weeks now and even with a bump finally starting to show and the odd symptoms I still sometimes find myself questioning if I actually AM pregnant. I think this is largely born from the horror stories that we all hear about terrible pregnancies and, as those make for the more interesting tales, they are the ones we hear the most... For me, I guess on some level, I'm thinking that if it is anything less than insanely rough going, it somehow can't be real. Don't worry; you're not alone in your thoughts. Just a couple more weeks and you'll have reassurance from your 16week scan.
