Q: How many weeks am I??

My due date is Sept 1, 2015. I was looking through the community area to see who is due around the same time. I clicked on someone's profile and despite having the exact same due date as me, their profile shows them 4 days ahead of me. Currently mine shows at 25 weeks, 0 days. This other person's profile showed 25 weeks, 4 days??

Because they are probably saying 25w4d based on ultrasound. I'm only 10w3d by early ultrasound, but going my LMP my due date is December 9th, so I should be 10w6d. Doctor's don't change the due date unless baby is measuring off by more than a week

I googled it to be sure mine was right and it appears 25 weeks is correct.
