Q: Worried about telling my boss ! Advice please

So I had my first scan yesterday that put me at 13 weeks , now I've got to tell my boss that I'm expecting and I'm absolutely terrified. I know a couple of women who have left to have babies in the past couple of years and they've all been treated quite badly and not had a nice experience at all. would appreciate any advice on how best to break the news thankyou x

I would not wait to tell. You are not that far along and if your boss and the company isn't supportive of you and your pregnancy I would look for something else.

To be honest you don't have to tell your employer if you don't want to. I'd hold off as long as possible.
