Use ovulation tests, get a load off the internet for cheap and use them everyday until you get a clear sign you are ovulating, I was TTC for 5 months then this worked first time

There is a small window each month during which a woman can become pregnant, which is called the “fertile window”. It corresponds to the three days leading up to ovulation Having sex at other times of the month will not help or harm your chances of becoming pregnant, but is much less likely to result in pregnancy For women under the age of 35, infertility is defined as the inability to conceive after one year of unprotected intercourse (for those women over 35 years of age, it is six months). If you have been trying for 6 months to a year, you should contact either your gynecologist or contact a qualified fertility specialist fertility evaluation. Use this infographic to choose the right fertility clinic for you.Couples who suspect that there is a reason for their inability to conceive should seek out help right away. Reasons for seeking help earlier may include: endometriosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome, male factor infertility, irregular cycles and known fallopian tube

Hey there. How are you doing? I hope you are doing well. I am really sorry that you are having to wait for this much. I know it must be getting very hard. It sucks to wait. However, its six months is not a lot. People even succeeded after one year of trying. However its best you consult your doctor too. They'll be able to help you much better. There are other ways too. IVF and surrogacy are still a backup option. I have had surrogacy. It's a great option. I wish you good luck. Hoping to hear good from you.

I'd also suggest checking out what is in your lubricant (if you use any). Even ones that don't specifically mention spermicide can still hinder the swimmers. I was on Clomid and tried for two years to get pregnant. First month using PreSeed instead of my usual (I think it was a funky KY brand something...) and I got pregnant with my son. It's not a guarantee, obviously, but it can't hurt (though it is super watery and runny - so be prepared for that if you do decide to use it)

It took my husband and I 7 months to conceive and we were tracking ovulation. On the 7th month, I decided to stop tracking and relax...and BAM. Pregnant. I know it's hard to hear the "relax and let it happen" but it in fact worked for us. If you are really concerned that there might be a medical issue, then you could get checked out by your doctor or fertility specialist. I am 33 years old, healthy and my doctor said it's normal for it to take up to a year to conceive. They wouldn't even look into anything until we were trying for a year. Best of luck hun!

Hey, I am sorry for you. Just dont lose hope. I think that you are lucky that you can conceive. I am not that lucky much. I am facing infertility and cannot conceive a baby naturally. I have a baby through surrogacy. I didn't waste much time and took this decision. I had surrogacy from Europe. There are different possibilities in life. Some cannot conceive because they are facing infertility and some are not trying in their ovulation days. It is easy for a woman under 35 to get pregnant. I wish you best of luck with your pregnancy.
