Firstly congratulations on ur pregnancy, I pray u have a happy and healthy 9 month. I am a worrier by nature, and 9 months is a long time to stress about something! The only advice I can give is to take time everyday to sit and breathe and concentrate on nothing but u and ur baby, take ur vitamins as prescribed by ur doc, get lots of sleep, listen to your body, slow down, involve hubby by letting him talk to baby, take him to all doc app, buy him some reading material for dads and just enjoy each other. And above all Pray,and thank God for without Him nothing is possible.
