Okay- so I have been doing Zumba regularly for over a year.. I get tired during an hour long Zumba session and I will sweat but the past two weeks, I can barely get through the hour!! I am exhausted after the first four songs which is NOT like me at all. I am planning on continuing my Zumba workout routine for the duration of the pregnancy but if I am already this tired after only 4 weeks.. what is it going to be like in a couple of months?? I sure hope that this is just a passing phase and that my body will get back into the swing of things!!

Comment from BGGirl » Posted Sep. 26, 2012 8:18am Me too!! That is how I knew that I was pregnant before I took the test.. I was exhausted and climbing into bed so early!! I am glad to hear that about the second trimester being better. I really want to try and stay healthier this time around but it is wearing me out! | |
Comment from sunshinebear711 » Posted Sep. 26, 2012 4:40am Second trimester you aren't as tired... but I hear the third trimester has you exhausted again. Being extra tired was my first symptom of pregnancy... I was wanting to crawl into bed at 6pm every night, but it got better after 10 weeks or so. :-) |
