Holy cow, 60% done! I cant believe it!

Little dumpling (as my youngest sister so affectionately calls the baby) is moving around a ton! I can feel baby rolling around and moving all the time and even responding to my belly rubs! It definitely puts a smile on my face! There are still days where the movements are less, and on those days im SUPER tired. For almost all of last week i was tired at 2-3pm..so tired that i had to take a nap. I haven't taken a nap this whole pregnancy! I just couldn't fight the sleepies so i gave in! This has caused me to stay up past midnight and sleep in till 10am the next day, which i do NOT want to do! I woke up early today in hopes of breaking that sleep cycle

I had to have my husband paint my toenails last night, i could barely bend over to cut them! Good thing he doesn't mind!

We're slowly starting to knock things off our to-do list to prepare for the baby. My husband and father in law installed a new door to separate the kitchen from the baby's room. All we need to do now is rearrange all the furniture, change the light fixture and set up the crib and we are good to go. The moving the furniture part will stink since i cant help out.

Last night while watching TV my heart started to beat SO HARD like it was going to pop right out of my chest! It was so scary! I'm not sure why it happened, and it happened for like 30 seconds! It had DH all freaked out, and me as well! From what we could gather from the internet, it seems to be normal during pregnancy. WEIRD!

I saw my mom on Saturday, she was still being weird. Everything i had to say, she had something negative or opposite to say about it. I just stopped talking after a bit. I really wish i knew what was going on with her, but she wont tell me or anyone else. From hearing her talking to my dad, it seems like she is having a similar issue ( where she thinks she didn't say anything wrong) with someone at her workplace. My mom had a mini stroke 2 years ago so im hoping something isnt happening with her again. Her change in behavior is just weird. We also went out to eat for my dads birthday yesterday and she said something to the tune of "it wont all be real to me until your belly is really big). So maybe she is just in denial that Im pregnant? Maybe she has odd feelings on becoming a grandmother for the first time? There are so many maybes! I really hope she comes around. I thought for sure my mother-in-law would be the difficult one...and asides from the fact that she just says i look fat instead of pregnant, things are going ok with her.

Ive talked it over with my husband, and after a couple of comments from ladies on this site, i think we will just take a wait and see approach to they baby possibly being big. I don't want to get wrongly labeled as a high risk pregnancy for no reason, and like the other ladies have said, the ultrasound measurements aren't always 100% accurate. I would be devastated if they told me that i had to get a c-section because the baby would be too big, and then we find out the baby was only 8lbs or something...id feel horrible!
