Today I am 7 weeks pregnant, and I puked. Yup, day one of morning sickness. I was so hoping I would skate pass that symptom this time around. Hahahaha, silly me. Oh well. It was one time and it wasn't as bad as I remember it being with my first two. Hopefully, today was the only time it will happen, fingers crossed ;)

I did the crackers on the night stand with both of my other two, and you are correct, it was definitely a life saver. I felt pretty blah this morning and was on edge about wether I would have another bout of sickness. So far so good. I did have some indigestion this morning, but I kept my food down.

Hope it's just a one time thing for you! I was incredibly pukey with Max all the way to 20 weeks, just nauseated this time and it seems to be getting a little better at th moment, fingers crossed. Hang in there and put crackers on your nightstand, lifesaver!

Thanks ladies, I'll have to put some of your tips into action. Today was really random. I didn't really feel any nausea. I started having a weird excess of mucus in my throat, and then I felt the gag reflex coming, so I jumped up from the computer and started for the bathroom, half way there I did gag, and nothing came up, so I thought I was good. As soon as I turned and started back to the desk, I felt the gag reflex coming again, so I finished my journey to the bathroom, and just barely made it to the toilet. Ugh. But seriously, there was no nausea or queasiness, just excess mucus (I'm not sick, it was totally random) that brought on the gag reflex, and then it happened.

Hope it's only one time for you! I never vomited, just have waves of nausea. I have cereal in the morning and then bring a Nutri-Grain bar and a clementine to work everyday and snack before lunch because I don't eat lunch until 2:00pm and that really helped me. In the beginning smells got to me too and certain foods. Hopefully it passes soon!

I'm now 11 weeks and no morning sickness for me, really. I have bouts of nausea and some foods/drinks/smells make me want to throw up, but other than that I have been symptom free, except for fatigue and exhaustion, so with spotting off and on with no symptoms, I've been a worrisome basket case lol. Ultrasound showed all was well with baby and I'm moving into maternity clothes now, so I know baby is growing... but still afraid I will lose this one... I can't help it lol. Hope your morning sickness isn't too bad. Eating frequently in small amounts helped, frozen lemonade helped, sea bands help, B6, bananas, tic tacs, and certain food that changed every week helped lol... hope you find something that works for you!

Maybe it will only be this time! I only threw up once at 6 weeks and that was it. Hell, my prenatal has actually made me more nauseous that morning sickness ever did!

Today I am 6 weeks 3 days and no puking yet :D Hopefully that will stay away. I get nauseous from time to time but at least I am not vomiting. Hopefully yours will pass quickly.
