On January 22, 2013 at 20 weeks 6 days pregnant
21 week Ultrasound (anatomy scan)
After our "all-clear" at the 12w NT scan, we decided not to do any invasive testing. So this ultrasound was very important for us. Our baby girl passed again with flying colours and we are so relieved!

Felt My Baby Move for the First Time
I did not keep track of the actual "first time" but definitely felt the first flutters earlier than with my DS.

Started Wearing Maternity Clothes
Once I had announced the news at work and to my family and didn't have to "cover up" anymore, mat wear started to feel much more comfortable. My bump has definitely grown faster than in my first pregnancy!!

Announced Pregnancy to Family
After the confirmation that all was well (12w scan), we told our family in person. All grandmas were super-excited!

Told My Boss About My Pregnancy
After the all-clear on the NT scan, I made it official at the office. Admittedly, some of my colleagues had been suspicious already as I couldn't quite cover up the bump anymore...

First Ultrasound

Found Out Baby's Gender
We found out that we are having a girl at our 12w NT scan. OB confirmed this at 15w and 21-week anatomy scan gave the final confirmation.

Heard Baby's Heartbeat for the First Time
What a relief! A strong heartbeat!

First Positive Pregnancy Test
Got the first BFP on 13dpo (8dp5dt). Two days before, it was a glaring negative and I didn't test the next day, because I was so scared of another BFN.
