Daughter felt baby move for the first time!
She came into our room get us up for breakfast, and crawled in bed for a cuddle. Had her hand on my tummy and got a little bump on her hand. Her eyes opened so wide and she had a huge grin on her face. I, of course, teared up while smiling widely. :)

Felt kicks on the outside!
I think I've been feeling little pushes for several weeks now, and thought I felt some flying home from Mexico, but they were quick and infrequent, so I wasn't 100% sure. Today I felt three very distinct thumps from the inside, that just happened to hit my hands on the outside too. Definitely baby!

Heard Baby's Heartbeat for the First Time
After trying for a few days, including earlier in the day, I decided to try again. I put the wand on my belly, turned on the Doppler and bam, there was the heartbeat. :)
It wasn't really loud and I lost it after a few seconds, but I heard it at exactly 9 weeks. :)

Told my mom today, by saying that I received a surprise early Mother's Day gift. She figured it out right away and squealed and started to cry.

We've been infertile for 7 years. We were waiting to being the IVF we had just paid for, and got a surprise BFP instead. I showed him the test and he looked at it and said "how did that happen?"
