Q: Planning To Have Baby Abroad

It's still a rough plan..but i want to have my baby in another country.. Can anyone tell me when is the last date a pregnant woman is allowed to fly? Is it different from country to country... I'm having my baby by the end of june..I was thinking of flying by the end of May ..at 35 weeks..
