Personally, I'd call my doctor. I told my doctor my son (last pregnancy) was moving as much for one day and they did a non-stress test. I was farther along than you currently are but if they wanted to check after one day of no movement I would think a provider would want to know after three days as well. However, from my experience, the amount if activity you feel can definitely vary but it never hurts to tell your provider your concerns. That's what thr y are there for.

Its still early to feel lots of kicking, this happened to me i had a ice cold glass of coke, some chocolate and lay on left side. I soon felt some movement. How much you feel depends whete your placenta is lying, if its front you wont feel as much till baby is bigger but if your worried contact your midwife, mine came out and put me on doppler all was ok

lay down and put your hands on your tummy and you should feel your little one kick 10 times within 1 hour and if you havent call your caregiver straight away and they will probably tell you to go into hospital where they can monitor baby (my midwife told me this as i didnt feel my son all day and i was in a lot of pain)
