Q: Shaving???

I know it's probably TMI, but how are you ladies managing to shave down there once you can't really see anymore? I'm going in blind and just doing the shave and feel thing, but that isn't working that great. Lol! Ideas on getting a good job done? Haha!

Going in blind here too. I've been a bit lax about it recently, because I kept forgetting to put new batteries in my elec razor (only remembered whilst I was in the shower!). Have also considered going for a wax so I don't feel so self conscious during labour, but I'm so swollen, the thought makes me nervous!

One thing I do know...come hell or high water....whether I do it, hubby does it, or I go to a salon: my bits will be (mostly) bare for delivery! Nothing worse than bleeding and oozing and pads while hairy. Ugh.

I had to call hubby in to help with that. lol. I got what I could with the clippers, but I couldn't see and/or reach some areas. So, hubby jumped in the shower and helped. It was a tad awkward, but I felt so much cleaner and better once I was all shaved again.

My hubby refuses to do it for me. I think he's afraid he's gonna cut me all up. Lol! I managed to trim it with a pair of men's electric clippers, then just went behind in the shower with a women's razor. I think it came out okay. I'm sure I have a few little spots missed. But oh well. Lol! Atleast it feels better. I've thought of getting a wax but I'm scared too!! Haha!

With my first pregnant I just went in blind too but I'd check a mirror afterwards. It takes practice but if you can just do it in front of a mirror so you can see what you're doing.

I had decided to just let to go once I couldn't see anymore but then I felt like it was out of control so I went in blind, not sure how well it turned out but it did make me feel a little better. My Dh said he would help but I'm not sure I want to trust anyone with a razor down there lol. So I guess I don't have any advice for you just sympathy from another momma in the same boat :)
