Q: Braxton Hicks with period like cramping?

I'm 33 weeks pregnant with # 3, I am having braxton hicks like contractions that include what feels like menstral cramps. Its very similar to the contractions/cramping you get after you deliver and your body still has to expel the placenta. I didn't have this with my other two and its making me a little nervous. Anyway have any words of wisdom?

Braxton Hicks can definitely start sooner with next pregnancies. Make sure your hydrated and try drinking electrolytes too! Not Gatorade, but a natural water additive like nuun or ultima replenisher. I would get tons of Braxton Hicks after a lot of activity when I was that far along in previous pregnancies
