I drink about 80 ounces or so, I am not thirsty but I have a very physically demanding job, so I know just to keep drinking till im full. Doctors seems just fine with it.

extreme thirst is a symptom of diabetes. Have you had the GTT done? if you have and it was fine then it is fine to drink a lot of water IF.. you consume sodium and electrolytes. Water intoxication comes from the imbalance of electrolytes since there are no electrolytes in water. So if you can you can drink a small amount of powerade or gatorade or pedialyte.. or you can make your own electrolyte water.. though I don't know how good it tastes.. i just remember finding that online. Water intoxication starts when it lowers the sodium level in your blood.. I have had from time to time low sodium blood levels so naturally while preggo I have craved things like pickle juice. :)

I thought about this a little later..also suggest going to the doctor...it could be gestational diabetes. I have read with regular diabetes that sometimes people drank alot of water that have it and don't know. idk if it would work that same but wouldnt hurt to get checked out for that.

if you are concerned about how much water you are drinking you can always go to the doctor and see what they have to say.

Drink until you're not thirsty. If you're pee is clear thats a good sign means you're very well hydrated which is good thing for baby. I need to start drinking more water, I dont drink enough! You'd have to drink like a gallon an hour for it to be a problem. you'd probably throw the water back up if you drank that much in a hour anyway.
