Q: HELP!!!! SO CONFUSED!!!

I'm a little over 5 weeks and had some spotting last week so went to the doctor. I had an ultrasound done and the doc said everything looked fine. He gave me a copy of the ultrasound and left. When I looked at the ultrasound it appears to be twins but he didn't say anything about it. The nurse said I'd hav to wait til next appt to ask. I'm.wondering if anyone would take a look at ultrasound and tell me what they think. I'm kind of freaking out. And also there are 4 eyes of twins in my immediate family on my moms side all fraternal.

Hi hun. Congratulations, and thats great that everythings fine. Im 5 weeks too and had some spotting last week, also had loads of mild cramping and aching. I have lots of twins and triplets in my family also. Il have a look at your pic if you like but i cant really give a proffesional opinion lol, im in UK and unless its private you cant have a ultrasound until about 12 weeks :( x
