Q: No symptoms and worried

Hi everyone, just wanting to know if anybody is starting out this pregnancy with no symptoms? I miscarried this April and November of 2010 and had some sort of symptoms with both of them but as they went away I knew something was wrong. This time around I am 4.5 weeks and having NO symptoms at all. I had sore nipples for a day or two and now...nothing. Still get cramping throughout the day here and there. Sometimes shooting through the lower right part of my abdomen and sometimes the left and then my whole lower abdomen and back at times. I have a son so I've been through this before but it's been awhile. The miscarriages worry me and now starting out with NO symptoms at all and the cramping really worry me. I don't go in till the 29th of this month to get a U/S. I am going to go crazy until then. Anyone else have these cramps? If so, anything you can do to help them go away?

Hi KatieK,
Funny you said something about taking another test. I did, lol. And of course it came back in seconds so I know it's good there. I just worry because my past miscarriages lasted till 10.5 weeks. So that don't really help much. But I am staying positive about this one. I have really good feelings. Two more weeks and I will know what I need to know. Wish me luck :-)

Hi there,

Just wanted to let eyou know I did not have any symptoms with this pregnancy or with my daughter, other than my belly growing. One is a hapy healthy 3 year old, and the one on the way is just fine. If you think you may have lost the pregnancy take another HPT...if it is stil positive then you still have HCG in your symptom, and everything is probably just fine.

Thanks everyone. It's easier said then done but I know all I can do is wait. Octivia, why do you only get one U/S if you don't mind me asking? Normally you can have one done to determine the age and growth or if you have any concerns. My doc always did anyway. I'm sorry you have to wait so long. My doctor won't go no further with me until we know everything is good in there so he wants a early one. By that time I should be far enough along to hear a heartbeat and see what is suppose to be seen. Hopefully. I wish us all the best of luck.

I started this pregnancy off with hardly any symptoms just some cramping on and off, but nothing else. I am now 6 weeks and I'm starting to get some morning sickness. I felt worried for a while too, but I just keep thinking what will be will be. I have no control over what will happen. So just eat healthy, take your vitamins, and get some exercise while you can. Hope this one sticks for you!

I didn't have any symptoms until day 1 of week 6 and now day 1 of week 7 they are all gone and I'm worried. I'm happy that you get to have an ultra sound to ease your mine, try not to over stress you can hang in there. If it makes you feel any better I only get to have one U/S and it's at 18 weeks so I have a very long time to wait.
