Q: How can I tell if this cramping is ok or dangerous ?

Im almost 18 weeks pregnant and have been cramping in the bottom of my uterus all day, i have had 2 prev losses and wondered how i can tell if these cramps are growing pains or some thing more serious .. im really nervous

Sounds like Braxton Hicks to me, I get them just on the top of my uterus and feels like cramps. I have also had a m/c so I can completely understand your anxiety. Call your doctor if it keeps up and just tell them whats going on better to be safe then sorry! GOOD LUCK!
