Q: Hot Crotch!!

LOL, thought I'd catch an eye or 2 with my heading but I do actually have a serious question.........

I'm 5 weeks pg today, w/ my 2nd and for the last 3 days I've been having what I have affectionately dubbed "hot crotch" (only to myself :-)....it's a kind of heat/pressure feeling. Not really pain but not comfortable either. I thought it might be a UTI (I've never had one) but after "Dr. Google-ing" I don't think that's it. I'm not cramping or having pain while urinating. It actually feels better briefly while & after urinating. There's no spotting or anything, it feels better when I standing up or after laying down for a good while but sitting or "half" laying down are uncomfortable.

Anybody have this/know what it is??? I plan to ask my mw when she calls today w/ my #'s

idk i had this also when i was that far along then the warm turned to itching for an hour and I scratched till i bled and then it was gone,very strange,think its increased blood flow
