Q: No sac on ultrasound.

I had a scan today at 4 weeks 5 days and the doctor did not find anything, no sac no nothing!I AM VERY WORRIED.Has this happened to you?

It happened to a really good close friend of mine and they wanted to 'clean' it out but they found a blythe cyst-so they say. The doctor was completely wrong!! She was pregnant!! so i would not worry. I worked at planned parenthood years ago and sometimes nothing would show up on the monitor until after 6-7 weeks. Stay positive!!

4 weeks is too early to see anything on an ultrasound! I had one at 5 weeks and all we saw was thick uterine lining, which is exactly what they told me we would see. Your doctor should have prepared you for that. Stop thinking so negatively; everything you have is normal. HCG of 62 is a perfectly acceptable amount for where you are in your pregnancy. Get another blood test and draw your conclusions from those numbers. Does your doctor seem concerned? You will not see anything for at least another couple of weeks because it is way too early.

My levels are veery low ..62. There is no hope..

I know I had only a sac at 5 weeks 3days no fetal pole or yolk, but yesterday 7 weeks 4 days...everything was there & I got to see the heart beat! 160bpm! Keep the faith & stay away from Google (easier said than done, I know!) but it had me soooo freaked out, blessing and a curse! Best wishes!!
