Q: Cramping during early pregnancy?

Lately I have been having a lot of cramping, more of a dull ache feel and I'm 6 weeks and 3 days and its not consistent. There has been no spotting at all so I'm assuming that's a good sign but I cant remember having cramps this frequently with my last pregnancy. Doctors appointment is still 3 weeks away..

I had really horrible cramps that woke ne up at night if I would accidentally lye on my back--from about week 5-7 and then poof!! That disappeared and morning sickness began. I'm about 9 weeks now and have seen my baby's little heart beat and lots of movement via u/s :0)

I would still call you doctor but I was told it was normal as long as its not bad. Mine aren't anything like PMS cramps.
