Q: How early did you find out gender??

I know its early, but im really impatient and im so hoping they can tell the gender at tomorrows NT scan! Ill be 13 weeks *fingers crossed* maybe just maybe my baby will be formed enough (lol) to tell!!!! How early did everyone find out the gender????

thanks ladies. peanut wasnt cooperative!!! the dr said he would be glad to give us a guess and peanut was just not having that at all! I have a regular check up at 16 weeks the end of this month so maybe we will find out then, if not then june 22 at our 20 week anatomy scan we hope this stubborn little angel will show itself!!!!!!

i found out at 22 weeks, my doc wouldn't do one before just because parts can look so familiar at the first stages...

14 weeks we found out its a girl. nub pointing down is a girl nub up is a boy

The ultrasound tech offered to give us his "guess" at our 12 week NT scan. Being impatient like you, I of course said "YES, tell us!!" He said it looks like a girl to him, although when I saw the nubby I could have swore it was a boy! Anyway, when I went home that night, I looked up some stats online and found out that at 12 weeks, experienced techs can usually tell the sex with 90% accuracy. We were confirmed a girl at our 20 week appointment. So, I totally agree with the others who've said don't run out an buy anything, but if you want to have an educated "guess" about the sex, I think it's worth asking! Good luck!!

Umm the parts dont look the same before 16 weeks, I found out at 15 weeks at a 3D/4D ultrasound place, I posted pics. And it was pretty damn clear! I know a few people who found out earlier than I did. The places here in town say they do theirs at 14 weeks.

They can give you a guess at 13 weeks but like mjjmbnmm said def don't go out and buy anything. I found out at 16 weeks 5 days. I got an elective u/s that I paid for at that time. My actual gender/anatomy scan is tomorrow at 21 weeks. The earliest I have had one of my friends find out was 14 weeks and so many days.

She's right, the earliest you'll probably know is around 16 weeks. Prior to that, the "parts" look about the same. I found out at 19 weeks. Good luck:-)

13 weeks is really early, even if they try to give you a guess, I wouldn't run out and buy anything. I was 16 weeks with my first, 17 weeks with my 2nd and 19 weeks with this one. Good luck!
