Q: Pregnancy Symptoms

I was just wondering if anybody around the 9 weeks is experiencing bad headaches, spotting, and stomach cramps? I'm so worried this pregnancy! I've eaten naughty things like smoked salmon and a little feta and i'm so scared of getting Listeria..

I know :) I have been worrying alot more this pregnancy than my others! If it gets worse I shall go to my doctor..Thankyou :)

Worrying is what makes a pregnancy difficult...I wouldn't be worried about the foods you eat as much as I would the bleeding & cramping part...you need to call your doctor & let them know so you can get checked out & if you've already done that & they cleared you then my suggestion to you is to kick back & relax & just enjoy your pregnancy :)
