Q: Has anyone else developed food allergies before a BFP or later on in pregnancy?

I have never been allergic to any kind of food except for bananas. I had an allergic reaction to one of the ingredients in my mother-in-laws salad (hahaha that's ironic) then a few days later I had some artichoke and I got this sharp pain behind my ear, and then my bottom lip swelled up! Now my favorite of all. WATERMELON!!! Day one: It doesn't settle. Day two: It tries to come back up. Day three: The fingers on my left hand (used to steady it while I cut) started itching and burning profusely. Then they went numb and began to swell! The only thing this hand touched was the skin and the juice as I cut it into smaller pieces and my mouth started itching. I have been eating this fruit since I was like 3!!!!!! I cried at watermelon on a commercial! What the heck?!?! I hate chocolate and any type of soda now, and I love love love water: Which I despise normally!
*breathing heavily* Sorry I just had to get that out.

So, how are you ladies doing with favorite foods or foods in general?

well it's not really an allergy but it affects what I eat. I'm trying to figure out if it is gluten or yeast. I never had a problem eating them before.
Anyways when I eat something that has gluten/yeast in it I get really sick to my stomach and I can end up actually getting sick from it. So food allergies I don't think wuold be out of the question. I am hoping it goes away after baby comes.
