Q: Checkups late pregnancy

Hi!
What can I expect at my 36 week checkup (and onwards then weekly) ?

Will my doc start doing internal exams aswell?

Much appreciated!
(PS: I'm in SA so not sure if everybody has the same policies.... I do get an ultrasound everytime though which is great!! :) )
